I have serviced the Bay Area since 1991. Attended Merrit College. Trained by master Japanese pruner Dennis Makashima. Certified arborist and member of the International Society of Arboriculture. We donate time to community organizations like AASK (adopt A Special Kid) and donate food for the animals at the Oakland Zoo.

Noe recently pruned two trees for me and did a great job.
The neighbor’s lemon tree was especially challenging because in the past it had been over-​pruned and the neighbor was upset about that. Noe shaped it and limited the height, thinning it out just enough to let light through, but leaving plenty of foliage to keep the neighbor happy.
He worked wonders with a bush in my front yard that is really a tree and was getting out of control. Now I can walk by it, see over it, and see through it, just as I wanted, but it doesn’t look stripped.

This guy is a complete douche! Parks his big ass truck for days in front of other people’s homes, taking up 2 parking spots. And since I’ve asked him several times not to, he deliberately does it. Thanks for making my grandmother have to walk down the street. Jerk!

Noe and his crew have trimmed our trees for over a decade. He comes back every year and always does an impeccable job. More than efficient, he has an artistic eye and I wouldn’t trust my Japanese Maple with anyone else.

Thanks very much, Noe! Major wires run through my street tree, and Noe’s company has been a tremendous help over the years in mitigating the potential danger of wires being knocked down in a storm.
Parking is a big issue on my street, and Noe was very considerate to work with me in finding a time slot when we could work safely to take off a lot of heavy branches. The once-​a-​month street cleaning is an ideal opportunity, and Noe was very considerate in his scheduling to take advantage of this window of opportunity.
It was a pleasure dealing with Noe and his brother today; they were timely, efficient, talented and very professional. Highly recommended!

I set up an appointment to meet with Noe and he totally flaked. Not only did miss our appointment, he never called me to apologize or to set up another appointment. Nothing worse than making plans around an appointment on one of your few days off and having to deal with a flake.

Noe and his crew deserves the well earned 5 star rating. From the moment I called Noe to set an appointment for an estimate to the very last leaf and twig that was cleaned up, they were on-​time, professional, knowledgeable, and just all around hard working individuals who take pride in their work. Noe and his crew of four did a full day’s work of pruning 4 huge pine trees and removing 3 dead trees from my front and backyard. They not only cleaned up all the trimmings but left the entire property, front yard, side yard, backyard, and even the roof immaculate. Do not hesitate to hire Green Terra. If possible, I would give them ten, twenty, a hundred stars.

Noe and his team (including is his adorable dog) were beyond professional. We needed to cut back an unruly tree in our front yard and they did a fantastic job. Noe is very knowledgeable and is more than willing to answer any and all questions we had about the tree they were trimming and all the trees on our property. They did a fantastic job cleaning up, too. We’ll definitely call him for all of our future tree needs.

Noe and his crew have been doing the oak tree in our yard for years. In the past, we had people come in who would just hack at the tree so that it looked worse when they were done. The first time we had Green Terra do the job, we were awestruck. We did not realize the full potential of the beauty of our tree until Noe showed us what can be done. The difference is that they are artists first and tree trimmers second.

Green Terra Tree Service donated $ 800 worth of services to the Adopt a Special Kid silent auction. We purchased this item and couldn’t have been happier. We have a very large Cedar tree that was dropping debris all over our yard. The crew of 3 spent a full day pruning the tree and it now looks beautiful. The backyard ended the day in better shape that it began — they cleaned up their mess and the mess that was there before. Compared to other tree work I have seen this is the best.
