History
Established in 2009.
We opened Ebbett’s Good to Go in Emeryville in June 2009. Inspired by the nascent food truck movement, we realized a kitchen on wheels was the perfect vehicle (pun intended) for two food-loving entrepreneurs with a sense of adventure to share our culinary obsessions. Fast forward all these years, our concept is still the same: we limit our menu so that we can focus on creating high quality, ridiculously delicious food all the time. No matter what we’re serving, you can be assured that it is made with the premium ingredients you’ve come to expect: sustainably raised meats, locally-sourced produce, organic bread and house-made condiments.
