I stopped in yesterday to get an oil change only to discover that I have absolutely none left! Eran explained the situation to me and filled it up at a very reasonable price. Eran and his team were really friendly, knowledgeable and totally trustworthy. I also really appreciate how dedicated they are to the «green» cause, they are big on recycling and using clean products. I will return for any of my future car issues, even if I simply have a question. Dot Com Auto Center is definitely my new go-​to spot.

have never been as pleased leaving a repair facility as I was with dot com.
Backstory: We have a ’97 Saab 9000 CSE Turbo w/​115K miles on it. Nice car. Leather, power, etc., etc. Bought it at auction several years ago with right front end damage. The frame was slightly? bent and the upper/​lower bumper covers were damaged.
I have talked to/​taken it to several different places and they lamented the fact that Saabs are (in no particular order) hard to get parts for, not worth the repair considering the age of the car and the work needed to straighten the frame, and if they could get the parts the price would be $$$.
If you do have a Saab, especially an older model, you know parts are hard to come by. Eran looked at the car and called his frame guy over to look at it. He nodded a can-​do. Eran made three phone calls, one a confirmation, and within 15 minutes had found the upper/​lower bumper covers. I was impressed.
He quoted me a price for straightening the frame and painting and installing the new bumper covers that was very much in my comfort zone knowing the estimates I had been receiving from other vendors and what Saab parts cost if you can find them. I dropped it off Wednesday ³⁄₁₃ and Eran said it would be ready in four days. I did ask Eran to see if he could reconnect the emergency brake cable and see if he could check/​fix lose speaker wires. I was more than willing to pay xtra to do this if possible.
Friday p.m. rolls around and I place a call to Dot Com to check on the progress. Saturday morning I get a call from Eran that the car will be ready and come on down ***** four days as promised *****.
I get down there and the new bumpers are on, painted and looking sharp. Eran and Co. reconnected the brake cable, but said it probably will need tightening. (It does, but he told me it would.) Speaker wires all reconnected; tunes again. If I remember correctly I believe Eran said they did a quick computer diagnosis on it too. Before leaving he recommended an oil change and took the time to show me where to add freon for the AC.
Went to pay the bill and there were no surprises. The price quoted was the price out the door even with the xtra «add ons» that I had requested.
Go here. The car looks great, tracks much straighter, and sounds good. I am one happy camper

Only once in a while I can really say that a business deserves 5 stars, but these guys are the real thing!
Eran, the owner gave me an estimate to fix the dent on my 2008 Prius after someone bumped in to it while parked at work. Didn’t leave a note or anything!
After shopping around for a couple of hours, I have decided to give them a chance, since their price was very reasonable and Eran just seemed like an honest guy, unlike most of my experiences were with auto shops unfortunately.
Just as promised, my Prius was ready on time, not a scratch on it and looked even better than before (they even used the left-​over paint to touch up some minor scratches on the other side!).
I now know where to bring my car if I ever need anything in the future!
