FILING INSTRUCTIONS ARE MY NEMESIS
Oh man, my desk has a CEB update on it right now and I keep telling myself I need to get started on it, but I just can’t! Our office uses several of the binders from CEB and we use them frequently. For this reason, we subscribe to automatic updates. It’s very important we know the most current information for each matter we deal with. Our updates come without any problems. The company is very easy to deal with.
I called customer service today to ask about transferring a credit from one account into two others we have that held a balance. Kathryn was great and made this transaction as simple as me giving her the three account numbers. That’s awesome. I’ve never had any problems with billing and customer service is very helpful with all of my other needs.
Update a month later: An error on CEB’s end was corrected with a simple phone call; Jacki was very helpful in resolving the problem. And I was able to speak with Kathryn again who provided very professional and courteous assistance.
