Business Owner

Christopher Akhidenor has over twenty three years experience in Business Consulting, Auditing (Corporate and Nonprofit), Financial Management, Forensic and Investigative Accounting, as well as Tax Preparation. He currently manages his public accounting firm, Christopher Akhidenor, CPA, based in Oakland, California.

Previous to starting his CPA practice, Mr. Akhidenor spent several years as the controller of Owens Design, Inc.; a high tech company based in Fremont, California. He was responsible for the accounting and finance department. His duties included management of the general ledger, preparation and analysis of financial statements, month end close, contractual accounting, project costing and analysis, forecast, budget, comparative and variance analysis. He was also a member of the strategic planning team.
