Briana moved to the Bay Area in 2002 and has been teaching and performing here ever since.

Business Owner

Briana Di Mara has been playing violin since age 6. She was trained in western classical music with the Suzuki Method and has since gone on to study a variety of traditional styles including Irish, English, Greek, Turkish, Persian, and Arabic. She has been influenced by master musicians from all corners of the world, and this has harmoniously blended into her own unique style on the violin.

She has performed and recorded with numerous artists in the Bay Area, some of whom include Stellamara, Moh Alileche, Aywah, Sweet Moments of Confusion, the Silk Road Caravan, Melita Doostan, La Ruya, Daniel Fríes and Myra Joy. These projects have led her to perform in a wide variety of musical venues, theaters and festivals all across CA and beyond. It is a privilege to share the music that is food for her soul.

Her love of the instrument and gratitude for learning with the Suzuki method as a child led her to become a certified Suzuki instructor and she enjoys teaching students of all ages.
