Are you worried about your teenage son or daughter? Think that he or she may be anxious or depressed? Maybe you’re worried about finding the right therapist because you are an immigrant or are bicultural? I completed half of my training abroad and integrate a fully multicultural perspective into the therapy I provide. I’m particularly good a navigating the cultural complications of first-generation immigrants and the struggles that this creates around identity, family, and fitting in. If these are concerns for you please give me a call.
I get teens, particularly boys. As a young male psychologist they feel I can relate to them. This allows me to help in a way that most other therapists can’t. I have nearly a decade of experience and have helped many teens overcome depression, anxiety, and other issues.
Parents often want a safe place for their teen to talk to an adult, knowing that they may not be the first person their son or daughter turns to. Therapy can be this space. Together I can help your teen talk, and help them with feelings of anxiety and depression.
History
Established in 2015.
My psychotherapy practice started after a long training period. I opened my doors to adults and teens after practicing under senior psychologists at the Berkeley Therapy Institute, Access Institute, and the Wright Institute.
