I had Best Roofing and Construction work on my 3 story apartment building in SF. I needed a new roof (and 5 old roofs removed) on my steeply pitched roof, old dormers in the existing roof removed and the roof line rebuilt, an almost flat roof over the porches roofed, and 5 lightwells roofed. The work also included installation of pig gutters against my neighbors building, diversion gutters for the light wells, hanging gutters and downspouts.
I met with Suzie and Mr. Pak. They were by far the lowest cost of the three bids. I hesitated going with them because of the low cost but I am sure glad I selected them to do the work. All the work was completed to my satisfaction. They even added bird netting to the lightwells to keep the pigeons out and made sure to connect the drains for the light wells. After the first set of scaffolding went up (I paid for) they decided they needed more for safety and they paid an extra $ 1000 for that. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again.
