Established in 2008.

Beahm Law was founded based on the idea of providing a radically different type of legal services. We provide criminal defense to those accused of crimes like DUI, reckless driving, drug possession, drug trafficking and other offenses that regular, law abiding citizens find themselves accused of.

We seek to efficiently and openly communicate with our clients about the ways in which we can help them fight charges, whether they are accused of drunk driving, speeding, or any other accusation.

History

Established in 2008.

Beahm Law represents clients in all California state and federal criminal matters, including infractions, traffic tickets, misdemeanors and felony offenses. Beahm also specializes in expunging and sealing past criminal records.

Mr. Beahm received his law degree from The University of Kansas where he was a justice on the university appeals court. While in law school Beahm worked with British barrister Joe Stone in London on a number of murder trials and appeals. Beahm also obtained a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Thomas Sutherland.
