The Combat Objective Battle Ready Applications or C.O.B.R.A.™ self-​defense program is designed to be highly effective in real world situations where your survival is on the line.

C.O.B.R.A.™ was created from experience in law enforcement, close quarter combat techniques and martial arts with further extensive study on the psychology of criminal intent and realistic self defense. This system was designed with the sole purpose of personal safety and defense.

History

Established in 2015.

I have been a martial arts practitioner for many years with a specific focus on Krav Maga. I gravitated to the COBRA system because of the real world situational based focus. I have found this training to be the most effective.

Alex G.

Business Owner

Alex Gilmete is a long time self-​defense enthusiast and instructor. He is a certified COBRA Self-​Defense instructor and has a long history with Krav Maga and U.S. Army hand-​to-​hand combat techniques. He is an officer in the California State Military Reserve and a member of the Alameda County Adult Probation and Alameda County Search and Rescue team.
