I am a bankruptcy lawyer who is passionate about helping people to get back on their feet. I have been focusing on Bankruptcy law since end of 2008. I understand the financial stress people are going through. I will make the process less stressful and as easy as possible. You will be working with me directly every step of the way, not a paralegal.

Mrs. Nguyen’s practice focuses on Bankruptcy and Tax Law. She has experiences in negotiating favorable settlements with financial institutions in formal reorganization proceedings. She holds a Master in Tax Law. She uses her knowledge in the IRS Regulations to provide effective legal advice to clients on a spectrum of matters that arise in bankruptcy. Mrs. Nguyen licensed to practice law in California and New York and also licensed to practice in the following courts: Federal Court of New York, Third Department; U. S Federal Court Northern District of California; U. S Federal Court; Eastern District of California and U. S Tax Court. Ms. Nguyen was selected as of the 2014 & 2015 Rising Stars in the area of Consumer Bankruptcy Law by Super Lawyer Magazines. The Attorneys selected to Rising Stars are limited to 2.5% of the outstanding emerging lawyers in Northern California who are age 40 and under, or having practicing 10 years or less.
