I’ve never looked forward to going to the dentist as much as I do with Dr Gee. Came as a recommendation from a friend who has been seeing him since he was a kid.

Very friendly, cares about your health. Will work with your insurance and your schedule.

Dr. Gee is the best dentist I’ve ever had. By a wide margin.
He gives the most thorough cleanings of any dentist I’ve ever visited. Be warned: if you don’t floss regularly, these cleanings will probably *hurt.* This is no fault of his technique, though, but rather, reflects on how thorough he is– most dental hygienists, in my experience, will leave plaque on your gumlines rather than risk hurting you. Dr. Gee will take care of your teeth, even if you don’t take care of them yourself :)
He is kind and patient. I have a deep phobia of needles, but Dr Gee’s conscientious and solicitous care has let me get through countless procedures with a minimum of anxiety.
I live a few states away now, and I find myself seriously considering making biannual trips back home for my checkups and cleanings…

Dr. Andrew is the best! Great with kids and adults alike. He answers all of my sons endless questions (not an easy task). I love that it’s just him in the office. Not multiple people with their hands in and out of your mouth!

I have been with Dr Gee for over 18 years! He is great dentist with a wimp like me. I like that he takes time.

Dr. Gee is an old-​school dentist in the best way. From the 50’s style chair to the time he takes really talking with you — he’s a gem! He makes going to the dentist fun and enjoyable, and always considers the cost and value of treatment. He gave a wonderful referral for my son’s ortho work. I highly recommend him — he’s one of Oakland’s best.

I had bad dental experiences as a child and have since been very anxious about dental care. Dr. Gee was recommended by a family member 5 years ago when I moved here. He is excellent. He does all your dental work, including cleanings, which is important to me. He is thorough and conservative. I am scared of shots and this week he gave me 3(!) which I did not feel! It absolved decades of anxiety about getting shots in my gums. He does not recommend unnecessary treatments. He has my health and financial interests in mind. He is responsive and tries to accommodate your schedule when he can. This is just a bonus but he is a kind, patient, interesting, and genuine person.

As a health care provider myself, I can spot the phonies a mile away… Dr Gee is simply the best. A fantastic dentist. Has excellent knowledge of dentistry and, unlike many dentists, is always trying to do what is «right» not what will line his pocket with more $$. Wouldn’t trust my mouth to anyone else.
