I have been a patient for most of 2015 and I couldn’t speak lower about a place. They never, never return calls. I have left 4 messages over two weeks because no one ever answered the phone during business hours, they never called back. I finally just kept calling day after day until someone picked up. That is just the beginning, every time I have had an appointment, at least 7 times, I have waited 30 to 90+ minutes to see the doctor. Then we you get in, Dr Heard himself is super defensive and acts like you are whining when you ask why it took so long. The front desk is lazy and they don’t follow through on things they say they are going to do, no one ever lets you know it’s going to be a wait, you just keep going up and they say soon. They have gone through two office managers since I have been there, the first never called me back after being asked to on multiple occasions. I just had the pleasure of speaking to the new one who was defensive and unwilling to help me before I even got a chance to explain. They don’t care about your pain, they don’t respect you as client let alone as a human being. I can’t wait to find a new place to go.

Received positive results from laboratory that indicated an underlying health issue over a month ago, was told the office staff would contact me with diagnosis and instructions. Never received a call, letter or response to numerous inquiries to the office manager. She wouldn’t speak with me today when I came to the office?

In person, Dr. Hebrard rushes through the appointment. It is also impossible to get a hold of them on the phone. I just spent 20 minutes without luck. I get voicemail (I have never received a call back in all of my attempts throughout the past six months) or I get a busy signal. Even my physical therapy clinic and my pharmacy are frustrated with this office. Faxes go missing and the process time is incredibly slow.

I really enjoyed the staff, both at the PT’s office and the front desk — everyone is very nice. My complaints: First, they use questionable methodology here — «light-​therapy» pads that I’m quite sure do nothing, for example. A real waste of time. Second, a WARNING to people on high-​deductible plans or people paying for PT without insurance: they will charge you CRAZY amounts for things: $ 90 for «therapeutic exercises» (i.e. putting marbles on the floor and having you put them in a cup with your foot), $ 55 for six minutes on the aforementioned «light pad,» and $ 90 for taping your foot with KT tape! I was pretty sure that PT was a racket before, but after seeing these bills, I know it to be true. No wonder the health care system in this country is broken. Finally, the front desk told me that with my insurance it’d work out to be $ 50 a time, but when I got the bill it turned out to be nearly double that. Again, only a problem for people not on HMOs, but I felt really burned having to pay $ 400 for sessions I thought were going to total out to $ 250. I’m not healed, but I can’t justify going back. Sad and still in pain.

All 3 stars are for Dr. Hebrard only. He is knowledgeable and has a good bedside manner.
As for the support staff? They should be required to attend customer service courses.
The wait is long enough without being treated like your being there is a nuisance to them.

I would like to commend Dr. Hebrard today for such a wonderful visit. He was very professional and very helpful with my concerns and was willing to listen. I was called in on time that was a plus. I’m looking forward to future visits, from my visit today I feel very confident that I will get the help needed .
Secondly I like to commend the front office staff… very welcoming and friendly. Karina was the best, very pleasant and very very helpful! Her smile was welcoming and she answered all my questions, I was somewhat confused with some areas on the form that needed filling out, and she never made me feel bad for asking any questions, she was very patient. We need more people like Karina!
