After Hours Pediatrics Urgent Care

We have been here several times and it is always clean, the people are nice, and for a walk-​in, you get treated in a timely manner. We are glad it is here (and they accept quite a few insurances)

Wow. JUST left here. Would give it negative 5 stars if I could. Was in the room waiting for the doctor. He was in the next room with a child. I was singing to my son and he came into the room and told me to SHUT UP. SERIOUSLY??? I lost it. I didn’t even have my son treated there. I left and went elsewhere. I didn’t want my child treated somewhere by some disgusting individual that came in and told me to shut up in front of my child. DO NOT GO HERE! This place is DISGUSTING!!! The girl at the front, Jamie was an absolute doll. She is great. The doctor was beyond disgusting and he probably got his degree from the university of Guatelahara. If that’s even a country. I wound trust him to put a thermometer in my child’s mouth. Do NOT go here!

Took my 3 y/​o son there on a Sunday because he was complaining about his ear hurting. Figured it may be an ear infection, so went here to have a Dr. take a look and prescribe antibiotics if needed. This is exactly what was done. Nothing more. They collected no money from me that day but then sent me a bill for… $ 300!!! For an ear infection!!!
At the office, they have prices posted for various «levels» of treatment. Level 1 treatments start at $ 100 or so, Level 2, $ 150… It goes up from there. Since all the Dr. did was look in my son’s ear, I assumed there was no way it would be anything more than a level 1 or 2 at the most. They sent me a bill for a Level 4 Treatment!!! When I called billing, they said «yep, an ear infection is Level 4» When I asked what Level 1, 2, or 3 is they couldn’t tell me. They assumed because I have insurance they could just bill whatever they want and it wouldn’t matter to me. Well, like many people, I no longer have a copay for many services, including urgent care. Instead everything goes towards my deductible, so the price does actually matter to me. This place overcharges if you have insurance hoping that your insurance carrier will just pay. Bottom line, this place is a SCAM. They will gouge you. Go elsewhere.

AMAZING! Im not sure if i just got lucky or came at a good time, but as soon as i brought my 9 month old baby in we were immediately taken back and checked out. We brought him in for a really bad cough and breathing issues and the nurses were really nice and on top of everything. My little guy was tired, crying and in pain and the staff was really patient and knew how to calm my son or even make him smile in order to get what they needed done.
During the visit my son even threw up all over me and a nurse brought me a new tshirt to change into. I was shocked, not even my regular doctor would have done that im sure.
The doctor that helped to treat my son was Noël Alonso, he was way better than we could have expected. He explained everything, was extremely patient, listened to everything we needed to say or ask and never rushed us to move on to someone else. Although he still needed to send us to the nearby hospital for further examination, my boyfriend and I know he did everything he could to give our son the best treatment he could. We even mentioned that we wished he could be his primary physician.
Its hard taking care of a baby that is sick, and After Hours Pediatrics took the helpless feeling away while we were there. Although, i dont ever want to HAVE to go back, if i NEED to, i know my son will be in the best hands possible.
Oh, by the way… VERY clean, child friendly environment. Each patient room had a tv playing cartoons/​movies, and fun under the sea theme on the walls.
