Jack in the Box

The young man whos name was Sir on his name tag was very sweet. He was very articulate and never once showed an ounce of rudeness where others might, for asking for clarification. He even asked us as we were eating if everything was good and if we needed anything. So personable. Everyone working on Saturday were so great. There customer service is top notch and is far superior to a lot of other places both fast food and not in Oakhurst. Thank you.

Fast food in this town leaves a little to be desired. It’s pretty much all the same except for one thing that sets this restaurant apart. The outstanding customer service. I was waited on at the drive through window by Noah. He is an outstanding customer service representative for Jack in the Box. He has the perfect personality. They are lucky to have an employee of this caliber. Very efficient and so polite I was moved to leave a review.

Had a quick but great experience today! We were headed back home to Fresno after a long day in Yosemite. We made a quick stop for a drink and some fries. We go through the drive through of course. We ordered some tea and fries. So simple right? Yes but this employee took that simplicity to another level, she really went out of her way to make sure we had enough sweetener to add to our tea and the perfect dipping sauce. I really appreciated it because it seems every other drive thru you have to beg for a packet of ketchup!!! Her customer service was amazing and even invited us to stop by again on our next visit. Good customer service is hard to find these days but it’s waiting at jack in the box up the mountain in Oakhurst! Our tea was fresh and our fries were hot!

Delicious! Great service! Homestyle ranch chicken club is the way to go. Worth the money in my opinion. However, they did forget the no tomato part. I’m not too picky though. ;)

This place always does a good job. The menu is Jacks menu. But they prepare it and present it well. The inside is always clean and inviting, and the staff work hard and always pleasant.

Friendly service and fast! Clean and recently renovated dining area. Very courteous and enthusiastic employees for a fast food joint. Keep it up.
