This place is a hit or miss whenever i visit. The pricing and organization of the store is perfect. The large number of staff members present are often never attending to the needs of customers at the lines. You would often have staff idle while lines pile up and one or two poor cashier are the only ones working the lanes, comon help them out. The store has been around for quite a while so this may have been recent or has been a issue that never got corporate attention. I visit here often because the BJs brand is awesome, hope this gets fixed soon ! Much L

This BJs is a dump. We’ve been members since this store opened 15 years ago. My biggest complaint is that the employees are not very nice. They range from just okay to plain nasty. This applies to everyone from cashiers, managers, the people who give out food samples, and restocking personnel. If they learned how to smile and be nice, it would make the shopping experience much nicer. I generally avoid this store and shop at the Costco just down the although (we have memberships to both Costco and BJs).
