We finished construction of this brand new building with a double drive through and customer walk up window in October of 2014.

Peter Dwares, the owner of the shopping center where Pete’s is located, had the vision to start this business, really, just for fun. He suggested it to the facility manager of the center, Rich Murdoch. They’ve combined their years of business histories and opened what is sure to be a favorite stop for coffee, shave ice, pastries and other mouth watering goodies in Oakdale, Ca.

Service by the young blonde was really great! She was very helpful in trying to meet the food allergy concerns I had. She even made a modified item. In the end, our dreamsicle snow cone and ice cream sundae were perfectly delicious!

I have grown to love Pete’s over the past few months, so it’s about time to leave feedback! The coffee’s have been consistently excellent, my favorite being the basic Americano with a splash of cream. Yesterday I needed a little something more and was excited to splurge on a Moss Rose cinnamon roll to accompany my Americano… yum! It’s so awesome to be able to support two local Oakdale businesses at the same time! My daughter has been talking about her after school shaved ice and can’t wait to return for another treat. She said «it’s the best I’ve ever had!» Pretty high compliment from a 13 year old, although I can say it was really good!
It’s so great to see Pete’s business growing, and cars line up outside. I don’t mind at all waiting for friendly service, great local coffee and yummy treats!

Awesome coffee, yummy local bakery items, great prices, quick service and the girls are SO friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better place. Love that I can support 2 local businesses at once by buying a coffee and a breakfast sandwhich (Moss rose bakery). Do yourself a favor and try this place out!

I’ve almost always had a great drink and time at Petes joe and snow except one time I came half an hour early as I usually do to get my zombie killer and the young lady at the window refused my service bcus her register was down and she needed a manager COMPLETELY understandeable but I tried to pay for my drink anyways and just leave the change as tip and she still wouldn’t service me .so I was disappointed that time but that was a one time thing besides that I Love my zombie killers and kettle corn for my siblings and it’s a cute classy coffee shop unlike «bikini coffee shops“it’s a great addition to our town

I love coming here for a «pick me up» to get the day going. The staff are always smiling and making conversation. I have not been disappointed yet! Keep up the great work ladies. By the way, the white mochas are phenomenal.

My new favorite coffee place! Staff is always friendly. Ive gotten the Mocha Protein Drink, the Tropical Mango Tea, the Zombie Killer, and a Vanilla Iced Latte… all very good and refreshing. Love that they have redbull infused drinks for that extra pick me up if you need more energy. Also love that they make protein drinks… so good. I also love the Cinnamon buns from Moss Rose— love that they support local business too. Skip Starbucks next time and try out Pete’s Joe and Snow!

This place has great coffee! Staff is always friendly, even when there’s a ton of cars waiting. I choose to go here instead of Starbucks! Prices are great too! Food is from Moss Rose. Who doesn’t love that?

Drive through. was quick. Good chai latte. quite sweet. Fruit Smoothies come with whipped cream! Tastes okay, not sure if it actual fresh fruit though. Feels like syrup and ice.

I decided to take the grandkids to The Hope Chest (hospice thrift store), and was pleasantly surprised to see this little coffee business. I never noticed it before! The iced Americano was so refreshing on a 104 degree day. I want to come back and try the shave ice soon. Skip Starbucks and try out this great coffee at Pete’s Joe and Snow!

Yum. I love shaved ice and us definitely different from snow cones! Shaved ice is melt in your mouth tasty.
I am happy they don’t skimp on the container for shaved ice. They serve it in these thin plastic cups that can be set down unlike the cones a snow cone may be served in. I’m grateful because I’m usually driving when I purchase one!
Oh and Moss Rose Cinnamon rolls without having to leave my car is a major perk!

This place is awesome! The best blended drinks. I favor their blended mocha with peanut butter and protein powder. Great post workout shake. Their coffee/​espresso prices are better than SB. The snow or shaved ice is to die for. No other place compare. The service is on point. You owe it to yourself to try this place… I know you’ll be back!
