Low performance customer service! I just bought a used R.V., I took it out of storage, and brought it down to the shop. I ask if I could talk to someone about looking at my R.V., I wanted to draw up a list of items I needed to buy. I just wanted to make sure I got the right stuff. I was ready to drop a couple of grand… The women behind the counter said no one was there right now, they were at lunch. I asked if I could come back later that day… She said «NO, don’t bother bringing it back, they will not look at it, they are too busy.» I told her it would take just a few minutes… She said no again with an attitude. I’m going to try Don’s in Turlock… I will never be back here again!

WOW. After dealing with Coach Repair for 8 months trying to get my awning replaced, I decided to give Performance a try. I found a very clean and well stocked store as I walked in and was greeted immediately. Ron was very knowledgeable and had the parts delivered and installed in two weeks. He gave me some ideas where to look for an electrical issue and saved me hundreds in diagnostic time. Well worth the short drive to Oakdale.
