I am sharing my experience with Aaron Runk -(State Farm Insurance Agent). I have never met Aaron, but I did purchased insurance for both my cars from one of his agents working in his office. The customer service I receive so far has been middle to poor. The agent (she) do not pick up my phone calls, when I call during business hours, and IMO, do a poor job at returning phone calls.
In today’s age of building a personal relationship with a insurance agent or buying Cyb insurance from GECKO. I will be going back to Cyb. I’m saving $$.00 by going Cyb, too…
