I always knew I would find my wedding dress at Bella Bianca!
I live in the Northwest suburbs so the Oakbrook location is super close to my house. Getting an appointment was so easy and I couldn’t have asked for a better consultant.
Tracy is absolutely amazing, she listened carefully to my vision of the perfect wedding dress and she did great at bringing out perfect gowns for me to try.
I found my dream dress but did a few alterations to make it even better. I chose a Tara Keely gown by Lazaro. The dress fit perfect and Hilda (seamstress) did a great job adding a few more details to the dress. Hilda is THE BEST!!!
I had a destination wedding and I was mostly worried about traveling with my wedding dress as a carry-​on. Bella Bianca did an incredible job securing my dress in travel bag so it would arrive in perfect condition, and it did! I was amazed to see that my dress arrived perfectly fine, and had no need of steaming it/​ironing it.
I highly recommend Bella Bianca to all the future brides. I can assure you that you will have a great wedding dress shopping experience!

Bella Bianca was simply AMAZING. From the moment I walked into the salon I felt welcomed and thrilled to be there. The girls offered my mom, maid of honor and myself water as soon as we walked in the door for our appointment. I appreciated that they took the time to really get to know me upon arrival and then let me explore on my own before even meeting my consultant. My consultant, Kylene, was wonderful. She had me walk around with her and had me talk about what things were immediately catching my eye. Once that happened we went into one of the dressing rooms where we talked about my fiancé and my overall vision for my wedding and she told me to get comfortable in the big soft robe and that she’d be back. She brought in three dresses to start and I fell in love with dress #1. We tried five more but it all came back to dress #1. Kylene was excellent about helping me in and out of dresses and telling me all about each one. She was NEVER pushy or forceful whatsoever. Finally she brought out a veil that brought me to tears when she put it on. It was that «bridal moment» and I knew I was sold on all of it. They offered champagne, took my measurements, explained everything they were doing while measuring me and were even so gracious as to extend the Lazaro Trunk Show discount to me as it was going on this weekend at the Chicago salon. It was a fantastic experience and I would recommend Bella Bianca to anyone in the Chicago area again and again. You’ve won me over!

From my first appointment at Bella Bianca, I felt comfortable and taken care of. I had no idea what I wanted in terms of a dress. The staff was very patient with me, bringing me multiple style until I found a few that I new I wanted to show to my crew of bridesmaids and moms.
When we went in with the judges panel, every question, concern, and comment I had made about each dress was notated back to me which I loved– I hadn’t even remembered all of the thoughts I had on each dress!
I ended up buying a gorgeous dress (it’s so hard to pick from their spectacular selection) that I hadn’t even originally looked at, but my stylist knew it would be a great fit.
Fast forward to alterations: I opted to go to Bella Bianca Oakbrook for my alterations. Hilda was an absolute DREAM. Each appointment was better than the last. I can’t recommend Bella Bianca more for your bridal gown needs!

I had such a wonderful experience here! My consultants name was Amanda she was so sweet and kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. Along with my wedding gown, I also got my bridesmaid dresses here. I had each girl pick out their own style of dress and Amanda was so helpful when it came to choosing which dresses and colors would go best together.
I would definitely say this is the Kleinfeld of Chicago, even better in my opinion! Was not overcrowded at all, very clean and organized. When I purchased my dress the designer Lazaro was there, I ended up choosing one of his designs. As a surprise he drew a picture of me in the dress, it was a one of a kind experience!

I cannot recommend Bella Bianca enough. The service is phenomenal and everyone there really makes you feel special! They have a great variety of gorgeous and unique dresses and accessories. Kiara not only helped me find my dream dress, but helped me every step of the way with accessorizing and fitting my dress exactly how I wanted it. Kiara had amazing ideas and recommendations. She is honestly a true professional and outstanding at what she does! I found my wedding dress the first trip I took to Bella Bianca. At that point, I had already visited three other bridal stores, and was displeased with the service and selection. As soon as I walked in the door at Bella Bianca, I could tell that this boutique was the real deal, and where I wanted to get my wedding dress from. I have already recommended a co-​worker to Bella Bianca and she had just as many great things to say about the boutique and Kiara. My co-​worker also found her dream dress on her first visit too! I will continue to recommend anyone and everyone here! A very special thank you to Kiara, who exceeded any expectations I could’ve had!

I would highly recommend Bella Bianca of Oakbrook! Amanda was a great consultant — she was helpful in listening to my vision, provided various styles in dresses and wasn’t pushy on just getting a sale. Each time I came in for a fitting (flying from Arkansas), she’d be sure to stop in and say hello and see how things were going. This store pays attention to detail and treats customers like royalty! Hilda, the seamstress who worked on my dress, did an amazing job. She was so nice and really tailored the dress so it would work with my outdoor venue. She helped me through concerns I had and it was absolutely perfect when all said and done. Loved the experience, start to finish.

This is the Kleinfeld of Chicago (at least in my opinion of the stores I went to). Obviously even before I was engaged, I’ve watched Say Yes to Dress and the experiences on the show matched mine at Bella Bianca. The store itself is absolutely gorgeous inside. The dresses were organized so well and the store itself was pristine.
I was greeted by the friendly staff at the front as soon as we walked in. Kiara, my consultant, greeted me after I filled out some necessary paperwork and asked who I had brought with me. I valued that she wanted to know whose opinions I’d be receiving while I was there. Kiara brought me into the big dressing room and asked about my fiancé and how we met. She then handed me a fluffy robe to get into after I picked out some dresses.
She let my family take a look at dresses and pick out their favorites, but she also picked out ones she thought I’d like. I really liked that because I valued her opinion and expertise. I kept an open mind when she picked a Tara Keely dress and asked if I liked it. I wasn’t crazy about it on the hanger but said I’d try it on.
As I began trying on dresses, I found that I was loving bits and pieces of every dress I tried on. Kiara helped me get in all of them and offered her opinion and was really understanding about the whole process. As I put the Tara Keely dress on, it fit me perfectly. I still didn’t LOVE it, so I asked if I could add straps to the dress. Kiara told me it wouldn’t be a problem. I came out and my family absolutely fell in in love with the dress. The owner then came over to me and was offering feedback as well. She and Kiara both were SO nice and even pinned on sample straps to the dress so I could get a sense of what it’d look like. They also put a veil and belt on me and let me put on earrings and a bracelet so I could see how I’d truly look the day of. I really, really appreciated that aspect of getting «jacked up» so I could truly envision the whole ensemble.
Kiara then let me know that if I purchased the dress, I’d get 10% off since it was my first appointment with them. She did it in just the right way and wasn’t super salesy. She knew this was a big purchase and told me to take my time. I thought about it over the next few hours and knew that the dress was «the one» so I called Bella Bianca and let them known I’d be putting my deposit down. I go back in 2 weeks for measurements. I’m really looking forward to the rest of my experience with Bella Bianca because my first impression was A+. Thank you, Kiara!

This is the best experience I’ve had shopping ever. My consultants name is Kristin and she was wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about her. I gave her my budget and told her my style (which to be honest is all over the place). She understood me completely! I did not feel pressured whatsoever. I had a big party with me and I know that can be difficult to deal with but she handled it like a pro.
When I arrived I had a Hayley Paige dress already in mind. I thought it was perfect! Well as we all know, trying things on changes that. Kristin pulled me some dresses out of my comfort zone and I fell in love! She knew exactly what fits me and what I wanted, I didn’t even know what I wanted!
I ended up buying my dress here and cancelling my other appointments. I was imagining my dress to be over my budget because it was so beautiful but it was WAYY under it! I love that she picked dresses she thought I’d love, regardless of how it would affect her sale.
With all my friends getting engaged, I’ll definitely be telling them to go to Bella Bianca. Absolutely amazing experience.

I am quite surprised to see such high ratings for this establishment. We were there recently and the two women working that day were condescending and rude. One walked around with a frown and when she almost bumped into me did not say a word. The other woman, who «assisted» my sister in trying on dresses, was not helpful. We have been to other bridal stores (we have had other weddings recently), and this was BY FAR the worst, which is why I am taking the time to review them. They act as if they are doing US a favor by showing us their dresses. They should realize that we can spend our $ 5,000−10,000 elsewhere. And we will.

Updating my review to say that the alterations went great! They recommend 2 fittings, but I actually went in one more time since they were adjusting the corset portion a bit after the second fitting, and they were totally understanding and wanted the dress to be perfect for me. They were also flexible on the pick-​up day/​time of the dress, which was helpful in the stressful/​crazy days leading up to the wedding. I’m actually sad my wedding is done with and that I don’t have a reason to go back again! Maybe when my sister gets married… :)

I had purchased my wedding gown at the Bella Bianca downtown and had a wonderful experience. I then visited the Oakbrook Terrace location to check out a couple of bridesmaid dresses and had another great experience. I cannot say enough good things about Amanda… she is the BEST! She is so sweet and incredibly helpful. I had no idea what dresses I wanted to go with and she made the the process so easy for me. I was also interested in one of the bridal designer’s ready to wear collections for a rehearsal dinner dress. Since Bella Bianca didn’t carry it, she helped me track down the designers boutique and contact info so I could reach out to them directly. She truly went above and beyond to help me!

Bella Bianca has been nothing but WONDERFUL throughout my whole process in buying a wedding gown! I purchased my gown at the Oakbrook location, and Tracy was a saint throughout the whole process! She was very helpful, polite, and pulled the gowns I loved, plus gowns she thought I would like. She was also a fabulous listener and talked me through what I felt like was a million bridal gowns. I can not thank her enough for helping me throughout the whole thing! AND she put up with my crazy (wonderful) family on top of it all! The whole staff at Bella Bianca was friendly, helpful, and accommodating as well. I could not think of a better place to buy a wedding gown.

Really enjoyed our bridesmaids experience here. Candyce was wonderful. She worked with all the girls I had and made it special for all of us. We came back a second time to review colors and the pressure to purchase was never their point. They were professional, attentive and always helped… even with a room of 6 crazy girls. PERFECTION in all ways. I have nothing but great things to say about the beautiful store, selection, and customer service I received during my gown shopping experience and beyond. I live in Florida and was planning a girls trip to dress shop in Chicago. From my very first phone call, booking an appointment, with Amanda I knew I was in great hands; she kept in contact me via email and phone for a few weeks before my trip to Chicago regarding specific styles and designers I was looking for. I arrived to the store with 6 other females and we were treated so wonderfully. Amanda and the team were so accommodating and patient with us, as we spent hours trying on gowns, accessories and taking pictures. After purchasing my gown and heading back to FL, Amanda stayed in contact with my mom and me regarding the status of the arrival, and even worked with me in selecting a veil that would look beautifully with my gown from hundreds of miles away. I truly appreciate the fact that my consultant was more concerned with pleasing me than anything else, which is what all brides deserve. Finding my dress here was the best experience I wish for all brides to have! Thank you Amanda and Bella Bianca team for your flexibility, attentiveness, and such a pleasant and wonderful memory! I can’t wait to wear my gown in April!!!

Beautiful boutique. If you are into the trendy designers this is the place to go (I was looking for JLM Couture to be specific). Super easy to find off Roosevelt Rd. Email inquiry took long to call me back, so I set up my appointment over the phone. They were very helpful in keeping me within my budget. I even had a gown transferred from the downtown location since oakbrook did not have it in stock. I bought my gown and maids dresses here. The were very accommodating and worked with having the most competitive price. Amanda was a great bridal stylist and kept in touch after the purchase for that personal touch. My dress should be in within 6 months, so I will follow up after alterations. Parking lot is private and appointment times aren’t very flexible. Saturday’s book up fast!!!

If you are not a bride that wants to turn your life upside down for your wedding dress, do not buy it here.
1. Their hours for dress fittings are very inconvenient, especially if you work in the city. Though their seamstress was very nice and did a great job :)
2. They do not take accountability for their actions and believe they are always right. I had three situations that brought me to tears, if only one of them occurred I may have reviewed better, but all together it tipped me over the edge:
My dress was too small and they blamed it on me gaining weight (let’s say that was true — — why in the world would you say that?!). The even suggested, I might get stressed before the wedding and shed a few pounds to make my dress fit — — umm no thank you.
An associate told me to pick up my dress when they were closed. Luckily, I figured it out prior but the manager would not take accountability for her associate and said that I was the one who heard the wrong date.
They had in their computer system that I was to pick up my wedding dress on a date AFTER my wedding. They also said that this was my fault and insisted I told them the wrong date. Why would I say I would pick up my dress after my wedding date?
While I understand sticking up for your team, at some point you need to politely apologize and discuss solutions — not blame the customer and insist everything you did was right. I was willing to take some accountability, but when you can’t even admit that your team may have made a mistake and entered the wrong pick-​up date in the system, your business loses all customer service points. Not once did they apologize. Upon finally picking up my dress they stated (I’m paraphrasing here), I know YOU had some rough patches throughout this process, but you will have a great wedding.” What?! I could not drive away fast enough
I do not recommend supporting an organization that prides themselves in customer service but would not take accountability for at least one of the situations above. While my dress ended being beautiful and they did accommodate a pick-​up (which I do appreciate), I really wish I would have spent our money at a different boutique.

I had my first ever dress appointment at Bella Bianca in September. After finding a dress I loved online, but they didn’t have in store, the staff «borrowed» one for my appointment. Amanda, who I dealt with over the phone was fantastic. He day of, Kiara was my stylist. She was very personable, friendly, and listened to what I wanted. She brought out a variety of dresses for me to try on. When I tried on the one I borrowed, I fell in love. However, Kiara had one more idea for me and so she brought out a brand new Tara Keely dress to try on. I LOVED the skirt but not the top. Kiara explained that I could do a skirt swap and so we put the 2 dresses I loved together. Customizing the dress was way more reasonable than I thought it would be and I am so happy that I came to Bella Bianca to try on dresses!

I bought my dress here in June 2015 and the experience was exactly what I dreamed wedding dress shopping would be. Carrie was my consultant and she made the process so comfortable and streamlined. From the second, I walked in to the shop, I knew my experience would be better than it had been at other salons. The entire staff greeted me and seemed genuinely excited and interested about the details surrounding my wedding. Carrie sat down with me to discuss my vision for the day, and after listening intently, said she thought that my style would align with the designer of the current trunk show and introduced me to the design director. Carrie and the design director led me around the store showing me different dresses and asking key questions to ensure they had a good feel for my preferences and only then took me to the dressing room to begin trying dresses on. This was a nice change of pace from other salons that went straight to the dressing room, and had me try on dress after dress until I was so exhausted that I felt like I was never going to find my dress.
Carrie clearly «got» my style immediately as evidence by the fact that I purchased the very first dress she had me try on. The process from there was exactly what I dreamed it would be with celebratory champagne, plenty of kleenex, and hugs from all of the employees. While I ended up spending a little bit more than originally planned, it was worth every penny! I would recommend Bella Bianca to any bride in the Chicagoland area!

Go for the gowns, not the service:
1) Great selection of JLM Couture gowns, which is what I had my eye on.
2) Great selection as it relates to costs $ 2000+
3) Okay customer service during fitting. Attendant was distracted and didn’t suggest many alternatives as I was shopping
