History
Established in 1987.
We have been servicing East Tennessee since 1987, however, we can trace our roots all the way back to 1975 when Norman Ross and his son Terry opened Ross Services. In 1987 after retiring from Martin Marietta, Nelline Ross opened Oak Ridge Swimming Pool Supplies which is currently doing business as Waterworks Pool and Spa and has been operated by Pat and Terry Ross since 1993.
