History
Established in 2010.
The origin of the word «pizza» is unclear, but by 997 it had appeared flatbread was referred to as a pizza. The pizza was a baker’s tool: a dough used to verify the temperature of the oven. A dish of the poor people, it was sold in the street and was not considered a kitchen recipe for a long time. Before the 17th century, the pizza was covered with white sauce. This was later replaced by oil, cheese, tomatoes or fish. Sabios Pizzeria hasnt been around any were near that long but we like to think the taste has gotten better with age. Stop in and try a slice of our pizza or any of our mouth watering sandwiches and let us know what you think.

I have been in the restaurant business for 15 years working in every aspect of the business. In 2009 with the economy hungry for Great food at a low price, I decided I have learned enough and its time to provide a service and menu of foods that will change the standard of eating for my community .In 2010 Sabios Pizzeria is no longer a dream but a reality and I want to make sure I create a taste you will never for get.
