History

Established in 1980.

Formed in 2008, Sabatino Consulting has provided inspection services for both the first time homebuyer and the seasoned investor. We serve both local and international clients by covering Chicago and the suburbs.

Meet the Business Owner

Rick S.

Business Owner

Rick Sabatino is a licensed Illinois Home Inspector, as well as a LEED Accredited Professional. He is a member of the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI).

Rick has worked in both the construction trades and customer service sectors since 1975. His career included opening and running restaurants for a national chain, managing both a construction company and a national home center.

Rick recently completed a degree from DePaul University focusing on Facilities Management for Independent Living. He has completed the National Association of Home Builders (CAPS) training. A life-​long learner, Rick continues to expand his knowledge through continuing education.

Living in Oak Park, Rick has an appreciation of historic and vintage architecture. Inspecting in Chicago and its suburbs, he has experience inspecting residential and commercial buildings that are new to older than 100 years.
