Aside from doing a great job selling our house, Roz (and her assistant, Morgan) were friendly and professional, and just generally enjoyable to work with. She advocated for us when things got difficult with the town, she took care of all kinds of nitty-​gritty details we never would have thought of, the photos she took for the online tour were spectacular, and her cost is VERY reasonable. I just spent the first night in my new home. I recently moved from Oak Forest to Forest Park, IL. We began working with Roz a few months back. We gave her the specs on what we are looking for and she took it from there. She is highly professional and works with you. We looked at a total of about five homes. She is just a great person to be around… very casual, yet professional. When we finally saw the home I was imagining and that was within our budget she made everything possible to get the closing done right away. She even gave a portion of her commission to a charity of my choice. How awesome is that? I highly recommend Roz. I am going to pass her info to anyone looking for a new house.

Roz is amazing. We sold our townhouse with her and as first time home sellers, Roz walked us through everything. She’s a consummate professional start to finish. She could not have made this process any easier if she tried.

We worked with Roz to sell our condo in Oak Park. She is very organized, easy to get ahold of, good communicator, and very professional even though her demeanor is very casual. We really trusted her with our first sale, and she delivered; selling our place in record time. (I recommend just doing whatever she says). She knows everyone in town and actually referred us to a great home stager, Anne Martenson, who reallllly helped us to get our place looking cute. Basically, she knows what she’s doing and she’s really passionate about it and good at it. Highly recommended.
A couple other perks: she donates to a charity of your choice after the deal, she throws ice cream parties (even though we didn’t attend, it’s still very sweet), and she made us feel like she really appreciated our business even though our condo wasn’t a huge commission for her.

Roz helped us purchase our home in 2012. Most of my friends described purchasing a house as the most stressful experience they had ever had… not so with Roz! Her calm demeanor and constant communication kept our anxiety low. She also has great working relationships with other agents, lenders, attorneys and contractors in the area which means things moved smoothly on her end and she was able to refer us to quality providers with reasonable rates.

We were trying to sell my uncle’s vacant condo from a distance, and had had no activity after a 12 month listing with another agency. If Roz had been helping us from the beginning, I believe that the process would have been so much better and faster. We appreciated so much the active contact and recommendations that Roz offered, as well as help throughout the sale process, which had some (predictable) kinks. Roz clearly knows the area, and is organized, energetic, and responsive — even when the property is not high value. I would certainly call her first if we needed any more realtor help in the Chicago area.

I strongly concur with what Snoopy and Ryan have said. Roz is a straight-​shooter, which is exactly what we, as first-​time home buyers, needed.
We also met her at a first-​time home-​buyers seminar and could immediately tell that she’d be a very helpful resource as we started thinking about buying. «Thinking about buying» very quickly and unexpectedly became «buying» and Roz was there every step of the way. She knows a ton of stuff about OP, the housing market, and the buying process, and she knows a ton of people. We always felt like we had our bases covered with her as our agent.
Now we’re in our dream house, the first one we looked at (but not the only one, thanks to Roz’s encouragement to check out other properties «just to be sure»). We couldn’t be happier: with the house, the transaction, and Roz’s guidance.

Roz did a FANTASTIC job finding us the house. She listened to our criteria for house-​hunting and took every aspect into account when choosing properties to show us. She was patient with us, which was important since we were first time buyers. We only had to look at 7 or 8 houses before we found the one we liked. And during the negotiation process, there was another offer on the table for the house. It was clear she knew the business, because she played her cards just right, and landed us the property at the lowest price possible.
Even though it was clear she was busy, we never felt like we were being ignored. We had the feeling we were her most important clients. We could not have been happier with Roz and give her our full recommendation.

You know how you tell someone you’re looking for, let’s say, a mortgage broker and they tell you, «Oh…I gotta guy for you…» Well, Roz has a ton of «Guys» (and girls) in just about every line of work who are a cut above the rest. Contractors, mortgage brokers & lenders, real estate attorneys, dry cleaners, pizza places, exterminators, dog walkers, etc. She also sets you up with some neat tools and tricks, like a daily summary of listings sent to your email, regular updates on the market — as it pertains to your situation, and whatever else you feel YOU need to be taken care of.
