Established in 1983.

Since its founding in 1982, Prairie Title has developed into a dynamic business by maintaining a direct, customer-​focused, no-​nonsense operation. Prairie has grown steadily through the years and now operate 11 offices and closing locations providing the Chicago metro area with unparalleled expertise and outstanding service in a friendly, welcoming environment.

Business Owner

Frank Pellegrini, President and CEO of Prairie Title just completed his term as president of the American Land Title Association (2012 – 2013.) Frank is president of the Business & Civic Council of Oak Park and he is also a past president of the Illinois Land Title Association and the Oak Park River Forest Chamber of Commerce.

He has maintained his law practice, Pellegrini & Cristiano, while spearheading the growth of Prairie Title. He practices with his partner, Maria Cristiano and their associate, Louis Scannicchio. The firm concentrates on transactional matters with an emphasis in all aspects of real estate law. Conducting an active law practice while running the title company gives Frank Pellegrini a unique and expert view of all sides of the real estate transaction.
