I would have given this 0 stars if I could of. I showed up on a very cold morning for my 10 am massage. Door locked, no one there. I called and left a message. Called back in 15 minutes and got a lame story. Owner not able to do the massage due to a pulled muscle (2 weeks ago) and worker did not show up. Owner claims she left me a message at home that I did not get to schedule me for an 11 am appointment (which could not have happened anyway due to the worker no show) So, I get that things happen HOWEVER, 1) I booked the massage well over a month ago, so there was plenty of time to call me and explain the situation, 2) since the pulled muscle happened over 2 weeks ago, there was plenty of time to a) either reschedule or b) secure reliable assistance. Bottom line, I went out in –20 degree weather to have a much anticipated massage booked over 1 month prior and all I got was a chance to freeze in the cold. Poor business practices at best. It doesn’t matter how good the massages are if people can’t reliably book appointments to receive them. I will be asking for a groupon refund.

I purchased a Groupon for the spa for a hot stone massage. I called numerous times and was unable to schedule an appointment. They never returned my calls despite numerous messages. I even contacted groupon to get help with scheduling an appointment. Still no response. Thankfully, Groupon was able to refund my money. What a disappointment of a business!

I was in a car accident 16 months ago and now suffer from nerve pain related to Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. Doctors have prescribed medication which didn’t provide any relief. About 2 months ago, I started going to Perfectly Balanced with hopes that the massages would provide pain relief. I am happy to say that the massages have provided much more pain relief than any of the medication I have been prescribed.
The owner has always been very helpful and friendly. I explained the pain I had and she did research and has tailored the massage to my exact needs. She also suggested some supplements that I could discuss with my doctor. She was willing to provide me with an affordable rate that allows me to get treatment on a weekly basis. I will definitely be a customer well into the future.

Place is unwelcoming. Staff seems to not know much about their business. There are much better places to choose from in the area. Go somewhere else.

I purchased a Groupon to use here for a 60 minute hot stone massag. I called MULTIPLE times to make an appointment, left NUMEROUS messages and my calls were never returned!!! Terrible business!
