History

Established in 2009.

The McCammon-​Chase Total Wellness Center was established by Dr. Nathalie McCammon-​Chase and serves both family medicine and obstetrics patients in Oak Park, Illinois.

Business Owner

Dr. Nathalie McCammon-​Chase practices Family Medicine and has a subspecialty in Obstetrics. A resident of Oak Park, IL, Nathalie is a graduate of the Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. She completed her Residency in Family Medicine at the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, also in Philadelphia and her Fellowship in Maternal Child Health at West Suburban Medical Center in Oak Park.

Dr. McCammon-​Chase is on the medical staff of West Suburban Hospital, and serves as the Medical Director of the hospital’s Wound Care Center.
