Lyn is a skilled and knowledgeable attorney with over 18 years of experience in family law and has specialized training and experience in: collaborative divorce; divorce mediation; complex negotiations & property settlements; intricate legal drafting; corporations; real estate transfers & valuations; and reaching amicable solutions that meet the interests of all parties.

Although experienced in divorce litigation and a vigorous advocate, Lyn encourages her clients to explore creative alternatives to litigation outside the legal system. During her 18 years of experience in family law, Lyn has worked with clients on a wide range of family law issues and she has helped to resolve difficult situations with innovative techniques and a commitment to open discussions between parties.
