ZERO stars, but that wasn’t an option. Do NOT use this company. Made a reservation to rent a truck one week before my move. Got there they day of the move and there is no truck. The guy at the counter said he had no reservation. Budget corporate gave me the confirmation number and said there should be a truck. There were also no trucks for the four other couples there waiting for trucks. Never got a truck and ended up driving 40 minutes to get a van from an entirely different company as budget had no solutions or options. That was all that was available ANYWHERE as it was the last day of the month. Insanely apathetic horrible service.

After using Budget for many years, I’ve switched to Hertz, but Hertz isn’t open on Sundays so I had to use Budget. As has happened in the past, they didn’t have my reservation. I had to wait a few minutes for a car to be returned. It took another 15 minutes before I could leave b/​c the staffperson, Coco, couldn’t focus on helping me, she was more concerned with dealing with the client who her experienced co-​worker was dealing with. Don’t you hate inefficiency? When I finally left, I had to drive around in the freezing cold with the windows down b/​c the previous renter was a smoker! I wish Hertz was open on Sundays b/​c they always have my car ready and the staff is much nicer.
