Brought my car in to replace the radiator. Asked them to do an oil change too. I pick up my car the next day and I ask the lady at the service desk if the oil was changed, and she told me yes. I also asked one of the service employees and he told me yes. I check out my car and I find the old oil filter still on my car. Talked to the manager later in the week, and he said that no one told me my oil was changed when he asked them. No compensation for any of this either. No free oil change or even a discount. Not going back here ever again.

Had an extremely frustrating experience today for servicing my Honda Pilot. I scheduled an appoinment for 8:30 am for an alignment and tire balancing. Over three hours later, I was told the work was completed and my vehicle would be out after the car wash. 15 more minutes went by, only to have the service tech come out to tell me while running my car through the car wash, the car wash popped the tire with an old part of the track. I was then given a demo car and told they would call me when the tire was replaced. Two hours later, the work was done, and I wa on my way back to the dealer to get my car. Mind yu, at this point, this debacle had necessitated my having to take an entire day of work off for a job that should have taken an hour. When I questioned the charges for the work done, I expected some sort of discount but was offered none. The service manager was more concerned in explaining to me the maintenance he was going to do to fix the car wash. Last I checked, the term“customer service” should be customer centric, not all about how he had to fix his car wash. And no discount – seriously?

Ed Napletons service advisor, John Samoska is excellent. He has made cost efficient recommendations for keeping my Honda serviced properly. I would highly recommend requesting John as your advisor for all of your Honda service needs.

When I went in for service when one of the unlock sensors on my vehicles rear passenger handle went out, they tried to tell me there was no sensor on that handle. Fast forward a lot of arguing they looked it up in their «book» and surprise surprise there WAS a sensor! They replaced it which required a return trip. It was very frustrating having them give me «reasons» why there would be no sensor on that door like I didn’t know what I was talking about when I knew it worked correctly before.

Excellent experience all around. Kayre S & Garvey were helpful & patient. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Poor service, bad attitudes. I came to purchase Honda power steering fluid, this took over 20 minutes. Unacceptable. I would never bring my car here for service.

The amount of time you have to wait for your car to undergo something as simple as an oil change is absolutely ridiculous, but the service ladies are nice.

Brought in for service and Brian in service is the guy to talk to about the tough service issues.

I have had mostly positive experiences at Napleton River Oaks Honda. One of the reasons why I say this is because of one of the gentlemen in the service department, Juan Ortiz. Even when I come in on busy days without an appointment, Juan takes care of me. He is friendly and personable. He takes his time to explain things that are going on with my car and never makes me feel like he’s rushing me away. As long as Juan is in the service department I will continue to choose to have my car serviced at Napleton River Oaks Honda.

The worst service ever, they promised me a free first time oil change when I bought my brand new Honda civic and gave me the filter to bring with me, when I came they said we never did and the filter only take 5 $ of the price!
They have the worst attitude ever, customer service is zero in this place.

Service: 1.5 hours for an oil change with an appointment. They DID, however, comp me the oil change. In fact, this review WAS one star & I’m editing it now b/​c «Dan» came & apologized, & told me that it’ll be no charge. Also, power steering felt off & they wanted to charge $ 65 to check it even thought I have an extended warranty that would cover it if something were wrong. All in all, I think 3 stars is fair.

Busy morning but as always great friendly service. Just here for the 5,000 mile check up. Would not bring my car anywhere else!

This review is for the service department. Please do NOT have your car serviced here. Even if it is for a simple oil change. You will go in with no problems, and leave with a major one that they will push you to try and get fixed there. My brother says it’s because I’m a girl and they think they can mess with me, but I really hope that’s not true. I got an oil change and left with a huge oil leak which had left a huge stain on my driveway. I’ve never had an oil leak before. I then took my car to a nearby oil change place, and they said that the drain plug was barely tightened by hand. Really? Seriously, I should get a refund and they should pay to have the stain removed off my driveway.

Normally I have a great experience at this dealer’s service department but if you are ever assigned «Janice» run away screaming. I should have known something was wrong when the customer ahead of me refused to work with her. She was disorganized from the beginning, distracted and not precisely friendly. I do not live that far away by car but I cannot walk it (well I could if I had about 2 hours) and so I used their drop off service. Janice let me know that my car was ready and I reminded her about my pick up. Then she left me stranded for an hour and a half. I was supposed to pick up my son from school and I had to make emergency arrangements because she forgot about me. I will probably continue to use their service department due to convenience, but I too will refuse to work with Janice next time.

Smooth talkers that will suck you out of your hard earned $$$…I bought my Honda CR-​V in 2009 @ Napleton, and that experience was pleasant, I will say. BUT I had a coupon, so I brought it in for two new tires (which of course require alignment) & some lite maintenance (tranny fluid flush) & the grand total was almost 800 bucks. They will NEVER see me in there again!
