Established in 1981.

Margaret Rudd & Associates, Inc., REALTORS has provided exemplary real estate service in Brunswick County, NC, since first opening its doors in Southport on St. Patrick’s Day, 1981. With Piedmont North Carolina roots, the management of the firm has focused on sharing their love of the North Carolina coast with everyone who walks through their doors.

Under the leadership of Margaret Rudd Bishop, President since its inception, a second location on Oak Island was opened in 1983, followed by an office in Holden Beach in 2008. Their talented team of Sales Associates, backed by an impressive staff, enables Margaret Rudd & Associates, Inc., REALTORS to provide exceptional service throughout Brunswick County to buyers, sellers, investment owners, and vacationers.
