History

Established in 1989.

Started on February 1989 during a harsh winter by Mark Hesselgrave who wanted to create a do it start to finish in house type of collision repair facility. The business has done well over the years with recessions and competition. Now with the ever changing hurdles and demands to be better and faster we are looking to invest in more technology and training to be # 1.

My VW passat needed a new drivers side door because it wouldn’t close and therefore, we couldn’t drive it (our only vehicle). We needed somthing done ASAP. Unfortunately, the door cannot be fixed to look perfect again and will take some time to order a new one. BUT one of the guys who work here made sure it was safe to drive back home and made it able to close at no charge to us. Now its drivable again and they will work on finding us a new door. I’m very grateful that they did that for us.

Not that I ever want to be here again (due to an accident); however, Mark and his team is amazing at taking care of the customer.
The person at the front desk (Kim) was extremely nice. I had zero issues when I turned in my car for repairs, communication was at a maximum. I was scheduled a week later from the initial inspection. I was later called to reschedule, but that also enabled them to get me a brand new door from the manufacturer. The repairs took a full week, but the vehicle looks brand new (as it was brand new at the time of the accident) and I have had zero issues with it since we picked it up from Central Collision.
