History
Established in 1986.
A California insurance executive followed the excitement of boating in Puget Sound and his good friend who moved here to Whidbey Island. He started a property management company in Oak Harbor soon after and served as it’s sole operator. 20 years later, the Californian sold the property management business to a retired Navy Washingtonian in 2006; who continues the one-on-one personal service with particular care and pride.
