First trip to this oil change establishment.
I have had many oil changes on my vw jetta and was told that I had to use synthetic oil even when I stated I had never used it on any of my jettas
So I ended up paying 3 times what I normally pay for an oil change.
Also both employees spoke condescending to me the entire visit
