Lately, we’ve been having a bunch of small things that needed to be done in our condo unit and one big one for the building. This company was able to solve two of our problems.
Our condo building needed a new commercial door. We wanted one with no maintenance and a code lock. I called numerous door businesses. I had appointments with several. Two showed up and the other one didn’t do commercial doors.
Window and Door Superstore really listened to what we wanted and created it for us. We had to wait a bit over a month but it was well worth it.
While they were at it, I got an estimate for a new screen door for our own unit. Again, they created exactly what we needed/​wanted and gave advice on the sliding glass door.
Both doors were installed on the same day and both are spectacular. Everyone in the building loves the new front door. The installation was perfect, they were very professional and polite plus cleaned up after themselves. Dave and Jason did an outstanding job.
This is not a chain, but instead a very honest local business. They know their stuff and I would heartily recommend them.
However, they do not take credit cards so have cash or checks available.

Tried to get an estimate to replace 10 windows and was told I lived too far away despite being only 14 miles away. I work in construction myself. If I only serviced customers within 14 miles (40mins) of my house I’d be out of business…

When we decided to bite the bullet and replace our rotting wood windows we really didn’t know where to start. Luckily we stopped in one day and talked with Steve at WDSS. We did our homework and checked all different windows and companies. We came across many pushy pitches and price changes with other companies, but not here. My windows are even nicer than expected and the crew that installed them was very professional. I would recommend them to anyone, and in fact I have recommended them to my neighbors who love how my new windows look too.

I needed an entry door from the garage to the house. Problem is, the opening is not standard size. No problem for these guys!
I called on a weekday afternoon and Steve came over the very next morning to measure and give me an estimate. He sent all the information to me via email within a few hours. While he was at my home, he also noticed a problem with my front storm door and advised me that I might be able to get it replaced by the manufacturer for free – he did NOT try to sell me another door!
As for the door – all I needed was a basic entry door, nothing fancy. Steve did not try to upsell me a door I didn’t need. And fitting my non-​standard opening was no problem! They were able to cut the door to fit for me.
The installation was a breeze. The installers came at the time promised. They were very respectful of my home. You know how many tradesmen leave a mess? Not these guys! They cleaned up EVERYTHING and took my old door and all their scraps with them! They even asked to use my ShopVac (which was right out in the open in my garage where they were working) so they could vacuum up all the sawdust.
I would definitely recommend these guys for all your window and door needs. They are super knowledgeable and their customer service is top notch (which is a rarity these days!).;
