Sundance Group, Inc. is, in brief, a human resources support organization. We provide services (B2B) for companies that need interim or short term support in many disciplines of HR — inc. talent acquisition, policy development, employee or management training, outplacement and retention programs as well. We’ve been serving clients across the country, as well as local businesses since 1998.

On the consumer side, we provide career coaching to individuals from resume development, to online profiles, to individual or small group career coaching. Since 2008, we’ve facilitated the Chicago Southland Job Hunters Network monthly in Palos Heights.

History

Established in 1998.

After serving in management roles within large organization, and having the responsibility to handle all employment matters for large public venues — Sundance was established by Donna Mazalin, PHR (certified HRM professional) as a resource to businesses that needed interim support, long or short term in a variety of HR areas. We’ve served companies in Telecom, Defense, Software Development, Consumer Products Goods among others. We’ve recruited for hundreds of professions and handled employee relations, etc. Sundance ‘Group’ is a company that provides a select group of HR and business services.
