I’ve been living here for years but the last few years things have gone downhill. The maintenance is terrible; numerous occasions I called about issues and they didn’t come prompting me to call again, if they don’t forget it usually takes them about 3 days to get here. When they «fix» things it’s not don’t properly. They frequently start projects on the buildings and property and never finish; roofs, siding, landscaping.
They have swans that live on the property, I am horrified to learn that they neglected them causing one to die. The police had to seize the remaining one as it was injured and left with dirty water and no food in a cage. I will not be renewing my lease!
