Was in tonight(01⁄31) just to buy some dress pants. Gap always has great deals and their sales staff is incredibly friendly and helpful regardless of how busy it can get in there. Keep it up Oakbrook!

Horrible customer service. I got a vest for xmas from gap. I had one very similar so went in to return. Both times I went in January the line in the store was ridiculous. I had a gift receipt, so I found out the value($ 35) and decided to come back. I just went this past weekend Feb 22. I was told the return value was now current price($ 17) because it was more than 60 days after purchase(Dec 9). I told her that it was xmas present, so I had gotten the item less than 60 days ago-she didn’t care. I told her the reason I hadn’t returned sooner was because the lines in the store were ridiculously long on 2 previous attempts-she didn’t care. This was store manager helping me-so no hope of appeal. I told her I thought the policy was terrible-no reply. Horrible customer service!

This Gap has tons of stuff no other Gap has, it is spacious and roomy, but the employees are pretty snobby, which is a turn-off to me. If I can afford to shop there, don’t give me an attitude. I spend a good deal at gap, but although I loved this store, I went home an ordered the stuff online due to the employees attitudes. That’s cool, I saved 25%! Thanks!!!

This Gap is really nice during the weekDAY when the mom’s aren’t out on a shopping spree with the double-wide(hummer and stroller). The store carries a nice variety of clothing for both women and men. I would say that this store carries the most new stuff than the other Gap’s I have come across in the Chicagoland area. The staff is really nice, I have come in here a couple times and they are most accommadating with me, for sizes or alternatives. They also carry a large amout of stock for the(red) campaign. They are also really speedy at the register but I think that just comes with the territory of working in Oak Brook Mall; it can get crazyyyyyy haha.
