Yolanda is truly a top notch real estate agent who helped us find our dream home! She worked with us very closely every step of the way from submitting an offer, inspections, questions for sellers, and through the closing process. Yolanda explained everything carefully and thoroughly and responded very timely to all of our numerous questions, including referrals for contractors. We are a military family relocating to the area, and we did most of our work with Yolanda long distance. I have no hesitation recommending Yolanda for anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Southern Illinois area!

I needed someone not only to sell my house but to help me find and arrange good contractors to fix up the house and to stage it.
And since I lived a 1000 miles away I needed a lot of feedback.
I actually found Yolanda by using Unilocal.It was definitely my day because Yolanda far exceeded all my expectations. She treated my property as though it were her own. I needed a lot of help and she was right there for me every step of the way.
Yolanda negotiated lower contractor costs and shopped around for good deals on materials. And she always forwarded detailed receipts without me having to ask for them.
I relied on Yolanda like a close friend and she always showed the highest integrity.
The house sold when others were unable to sell their similar properties.
I highly recommend her as a realtor!
