Dave Mitchem is the PROUD owner of STL SUN TAN. David has been an entrepreneur and business owner for over 20 years. David is very PROUD to say that he spent many months, blood, sweat and tears building out his stores from the ground up. He opened his Chesterfield Valley Location in 2001 and O’Fallon followed a few short years later. David has strong ties to both Chesterfield and O’Fallon Communities and supports all small businesses as well as helping to raise money for 100’s of local charities.
