Established in 1976.

We have over 30 years of experience, we offer custom menu planning. We have china and linen services. We provide creative buffet presentations, ice sculptures, engraved napkins, full line of custom invitations. We have our own event planners and staff to make the events run smoothly and without error. We can do sit down, buffet, family style or buffet stations as well as passed service. We are serve safe certified and have been voted best in St. Charles County!

Business Owner

The business was started by my mother and grandmother in the mid 1970s, and I grew up working right alongside of them. Some of my earliest lessons in leadership, management and general life skills were forged right there in that kitchen. I learned early on the importance of doing a job and doing it well. I learned what it meant to be a strong businesswoman. I had a perfect example right in front of me.

In 2000, we moved to a new facility, in O’Fallon, Mo., where I designed the hub of our operations.

My business growth has proven to be exponential. In 1996, Quintessential Catering catered a total of 25 events. In recent years that has grown to over 400 events annually. I have joined numerous organizations and attended countless conferences and seminars through the years to ensure Quintessential Catering stays at the top of its game.
