Post Pack & Ship

For years management books have written about the essentials of good customer service. I have studied them both in getting my doctorate and my masters in a different academic discipline. I can say that the folks at Post Pack and Ship have got it down right!
They call me when packages come in. I do not have to worry about kids messing with my amazon orders. Hell, I drive past the post office and its lines and parking hassles just to mail a letter at Dan’s place.
I have been coming here for at least six years and possibly as long as 10 years? I do not really remember the first time I cam in here.
They always come up with a cost effective solution, for every crazy idea I come up with.
They offer a military discount. The owner is also a veteran, if that means anything to anyone. It does to me!

Great service! I was referred here by one of my favorite Metro East (STL) Unilocaler’s Don F. I coudn’t be happier. I had told Don that after all hassle I had had at the last few places that I just wish I could go in a place and say, «HERE.» I was blown away by the customer service here. I literally did that. I said, «Hey I have these three items and need them shipped.» They packaged, found the cheaper price per carrier, picked out the best service for me, gave me a military discount and BAM! Done. I unfortunately was only living in the area 3 more weeks, but I definitely let all my networking buddies know about this place. My last week here I physically took my boss here and showed them this place for a shipment.
I wish I would of known of this place sooner.
