Poor customer service at Newbold Toyota in O’fallon, Illinois. They refused to service my vehicle after giving me an appointment; having me pick up my car stating on the phone for me to take my car back to whoever repaired it in Chicago. My mom intervened because of the obvious safety issue driving four hundred miles with a broken passenger mirror. She was furious that our safety was not a concern to them. Me and my family of long term Toyota customers purchasing such vehicles as the Land cruiser, Toyota Tacoma truck, Prius, Camry and my car the Toyota Venza. What poor service !!!
