We are a professional bike shop with two locations and over 600 bikes in inventory. We have nearly every style of bike imaginable including carbon and aluminum road bikes, carbon triathlon bikes, hard-tail and full-suspension mountain bikes, cruisers, fitness hybrids, comfort hybrids, dual sports, comfort bikes, bmx bikes and kids bikes. We also carry a wide range of car racks, cycling clothing, helmets, shoes, and other accessories. Additionally, we repair bikes too. No matter what your cycling need might be, we can take care of it.
History
Established in 1997.
Momentum Cycles was opened by Chris Dial and a partner at the St. Peters location in April of 1997. The original store was only 800 square feet and there were struggles, but by the end of the first year, our business was completely viable. As the company grew, we realized the need for an additional store. In February of 2001, Steve Maas joined the company, and Chris opened the O’Fallon location. Momentum Cycles now has over 10,000 square feet of space between the 2 stores. We have been a Top 100 National Trek dealer since 2007.
