Global Stone Ventures, LLC (GSV) is a Commercial Financing Firm for Businesses and a Marketer of Commercial Real Estate. GSV’s World Headquarters is located in the sprawling metropolis of the Gateway City — Saint Louis, Missouri.

We facilitate Financing for every type of Business Venture, in many industries, for all 50 states. In addition to funding, we promote Real Estate Investments throughout America. GSV is a two-​fold Enterprise which enables us to merge these two closely related industries, and provide clients with the best of both worlds.

History

Global Stone Ventures LLC (GSV) is the successor of R.E.M +, LLC, which dealt with Residential Real Estate as well. GSV now focuses purely on Commercial Financing & Commercial Real Estate.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

I have been in the Commercial Real Estate industry since 2006. My initial entry was with a private investment group that was based out of San Francisco, CA (Portola Financial Group). I was an Acquisitions Partner, and dealt mostly in raw land development. After the group dissolved, I made way into the Residential Side of things, but kept my hand in Commercial R.E. My past company, Real Estate Moguls +, LLC was my operating name, until I started Global Stone Ventures, LLC.

GSV was started as a blend of my background in Commercial R.E., and my Commercial Finance partnerships that I built while working in the industry. I would find deals coming across my desk, which always seemed to need funding. So it was the natural path of progression to start GSV with the resources and network I had at hand. My main partner, based out of Michigan, has been in the Finance industry for 18 years, and has closed over $ 1B in loans to this date. Additionally, I will have 2 business degrees December 2011.
