Expect time during the first visit to be used to evaluate all aspects of services that will be needed. Time for braces to be in mouth. Need for retainers. Cost. Coverage by your insurance. They will set up a payment plan.
Second visit. Expect about 2 hours. Pictures. X-​rays. Braces! Sussie, walked my son through each step making certain that she answered any question that he (or his parents) had about the braces. Parents may watch or spend time in the waiting area. They provide complimentary iPads and wifi.
Following the braces, expect to sit with your child and a member of the staff to review care instructions and set your 10 week next visit.
