Took our car there to replace the tires, had brand new front tires put on, then a few weeks later 2 brand new back tires put on. This was about two months ago. We noticed the back alignment was pretty far off and took it in the be fixed only to find out our two brand new back tires were already showing steel cords. We do normal driving with our vehicle and have not had any accidents, there is absolutely no reason why the alignment should have been that bad already. When we called them back to inquire about replacing the tires, they informed us there was nothing they could do and offered us a quote for 2 brand new tires. Um no thank you! They will never touch another of our vehicles again. Although I cannot prove it, I’m pretty sure they purposely screwed our alignment up and so does the place who is currently repairing it (it was that far out of whack, the new mechanic was shocked).

I would give them no stars if I could. Took my car there because it was not running that good. I brought my own fuel filter for them to install. They also did other work on my car. When my car was done I went to pick it up and they charged me $ 66.00 for labor to put my fuel filter on. When I got into my car the fuel filter I bought was sitting in the front seat of my car still. My receipt stated that the $ 66.00 charge was for the fuel filter customer supplied sitting on the front seat. I went back into the store and asked what they did to my car. The manager got my bill and read everything off. I told him that’s funny, how could you replace my fuel filter if it’s still in my car and showed it to him. He started back tracking. He gave me my money back for the fuel filter but now I wonder what else did they not do to my car that they said they did. Will not take my car back there ever again and I advise if you do, make sure they do the work you pay for.

NEVER GO TO AUTOTIRE!!!
AUTOTIRE failed my safety inspection with a $ 400 estimate regarding front end work that needed to be done for it to pass (all lies). I told them No and took my truck to Ofallon garage for the same inspection and
It passed with no problems. O’Fallon Garage explained to me that there is no way they believed this truck needed repairs as the front end is as tight as it could be…
DO NOT GIVE A PENNY TO AUTOTIRE!!!
They are charging people for work that does not need to be done and stealing your $$$$$!!!
