My favorite story is the story of how I got into this line of work. I was 12 years old and wanted nothing else for Christmas but a dirt bike to ride at our family farm. I pestered my dad all fall and winter for a bike to ride come spring. His response was always, «son you have to earn it». It didn’t take too many times of me hearing this to grab my dads leaf rake and get to work. It was in the fall when I started. I went door to door asking people to rake there leaves for what ever amount of money they would contribute to me to help buy a dirt bike. That fall i had walked through 3 neighborhoods and collected enough money to buy a bike in the spring. Well one day I was sitting in class as my name was called over the intercom for early dismissal. It was Friday and i instantly knew my dad had taken the day off to head to the ridge early. When I walked outside I couldn’t believe it, there was a red Honda 80 dirt bike loaded in the bed of his truck. He smiled and said, «son your hard work
