At Advanced Orthopedic Solutions, we provide treatment for a variety of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions with an emphasis on conservative non-​surgical treatment of back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, knee pain and headaches.

Our goal is to give every patient superior service while getting them out of pain as quickly as possible. We aim to educate our patients about their injuries and conditions so they can be more active in their care and achieve a pain free lifestyle.

While we have our staff physicians, we work with many other local physicians including orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, neurosurgeons, pain specialists and primary care physicians. We communicate your condition, examination findings, and treatment options with your primary care physician upon request so there is no confusion between doctors.

We offer P.R.P. (Platelet Rich Plasma) injections for injuries or pain to common places of injury or pain (knee, shoulder, elbow, and spine). PRP therapy is basically a procedure where we draw the patient’s blood, we then spin it down to separate the «healing» portion (the platelet rich plasma), then re-​inject that into the site of injury…
