I have never had a problem with her. I went in with an ingrown toenail and she cut it out without pain and without anesthesia. Very thorough and wanted to check on me soon after. Very nice and straightforward. I recommend her.

I absolutely hate going to the doctor and I’m very sensitive about my feet, which meant that I put off getting my issues checked out for about a year. But Dr. Sliva quickly put my apprehensions to rest. She is a direct, no-​nonsense communicator (which I loved about her!), and also took the time to connect on a personal level. She built trust and credibility very quickly and demonstrated obvious concern for her patients. My foot troubles are fully resolved after just a few visits. Highly recommended!

Best podiatrist in rockland county! She was attentive and helped solve my issue! She was understanding and her staff is amazing and helpful!

STAY AWAY!!! This woman is PSYCHO. I went there for an ingrown nail while pregnant and she at one point screamed at me that my baby would die if I took an Advil (which I don’t take). She also told me a story about how she smacked her two year old daughter when she was pregnant and jacked up on caffeine from overworking. I have no idea what she has done to my toe bcs she left the office without giving me follow-​up instructions (she finally wrote something out after I asked for an explanation). And she also violated HIPAA regulations by talking candidly about a neighbor of mine who she felt was a neglectful patient of hers and told me he had a «psychological disconnect». WOW!!! If that isn’t enough to stay away, I can share more horror from 25 minutes in her office… BTW, her staff did seem friendly, but not in any way worth the trouble.

I went to Dr. Sliva and she was incredibly rude to my wife in front of the staff. She questioned my wife’s parenting skills. It was an awful experience.
When I called back to discuss the incident, she hung up on me within seconds.

I had never had reason to visit a podiatrist before but was referred here when… well. my feet hurt. Now I find myself looking for excuses to go to the podiatrist. That’s how great Dr. Sliva (pronounced sleeve — ah) is.
Three women work in this office and they are all great. The receptionist is warm and welcoming. The waiting room is small but comfortable. This is also one of the first doctors that I have visited in a long time that did not make me wait a long time.
The doctor and her assistant are also very kind vibrant women. Dr. Sliva listens to you, thinks of options, and seems quite thorough. I had a pretty simple issue — gained a lot of weight when pregnant and my feet were sad about it. She gave me some exercises and some inexpensive options. When she found out that my insurance would not pay for orthotics, she didn’t push them.
A big thumbs up from me.
